I live in the neighborhood and love having a store so close. They have just about everything and you don’t have to walk all over searching for things like at big box stores. The people are great and very helpful. The prices are a bit higher, but not by much. This is to be expected in a smaller store.
Very helpful employees. And they don't jump on you the second you enter the store! Which I personally don't like. They wait for you to ask them for help!
I went to this Ace looking to buy a new Weber grill, and had a wonderful experience. Corbin showed me the grill that I was looking for. He asked if I wanted to take the one on display since it was already assembled. He even cleaned it and help me put it in my car. I will definitely be going back for any future needs for my home. Thank you again Corbin for the amazing customer service!
Horrible Service, went in to get a key copied and I was turned down because it was a key that I had ordered from online. I called two other Ace Hardware stores within the area and they both told me that I was able to bring in the key and have it copied it didn’t matter if it was from outside the store or if I had purchased within the store. The employee that turned me down had me wait a few minutes before greeting me because he was too busy reading about birds from his phone.
Great staff and service. You do not need to buy things in bulk, like the big box stores.

Duke's is a very well stocked hardware store . The staff knew the store well and were able to direct me to what I was looking for.
Horrible customer service, co-workers chose to ignore me mulitiple times as if I wasn’t there calling out for help.
A definite 5 star hardware store. Has everything you need to maintain your house.
Hi I went to differant hardware stores trying to find glazing points for 3 days now including Lowes an hour looking for them, Homedepot they told me to try ace after an hour, so I did and within 5 minutes was on my way back with the points. What I want to say is hell with the bigbox stores Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks
