Whataburger

Last night was my first ever experience at Whataburger. I never write reviews but I felt this time I had to. I pulled up to the speaker to order our food and after every sentence the girl asked, is that it? is that it? is that it? which I found kind of rude, or as if she was rushing me. We proceed to the pick-up window to find out she messed up both of our meals, which were promptly fixed. We waited a good 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru for the food after that. And all this to get home and find my chicken sandwich was completely raw in the middle! I've never seen anything like it in my life! I'm completely disgusted and really hope I don't get food poisoning😟😡 I wish I could share the pictures 😝

It’s 2:30 pm. I waited almost thirty mins at the drive through to get my food. This is simply not acceptable. In today’s era fast food joints are expected to service in a much faster time frame. If we here in the 50/60’s expected. Let’s get it right and not make this same mistake. Unacceptable.

Great food. I normally don't eat here, but it great overall. It was good price and great service!

Good warm food if dinning in however during the lunch hr expect to wait for awhile. Slow on that part.

I don't like what a burger but my wife does so it is safe to say its a fifty/fifty chance you'll like it. To me their food isn't great it's plain Jane, I can do better in my modest kitchen.
