Wheated is a pizza joint and cocktail bar in the Flatbush/Ditmas Park area of Brooklyn. Our dough packs a lot of flavor with only natural sourdough leavening, hand mixing, and long fermentation. Cooked in our custom high temp electric oven to produce a pizza that is thin crust, with just right amount of crispiness and chew. Our cocktails lean towards the classic without the pretense.
