My experiance with WHINS was great! Darren spent a lot of time going through my policy ensuring that my company had all of the coverage that I needed and nothing that wasn't necessary, he also made sure that I got the best price for my policy.

Whenever I am going to need insurance or whenever I am going to refer an insurance company to anybody, it HAS to be Darren of Whins. DARREN. HAS. TO. BE. YOUR. POLICY. MAKER.!! There are NO exceptions to this. When I first signed up with Whins, he was SO thorough in explaining to me how things worked with auto insurance, what the costs were, and he is incredibly patient in that he answered ALL of my questions. I have had my share of horrible insurances in that their customer service and billing caused so much stress - and I had a lot of questions!! He cleared things up from me and assured me that whenever I had a question, I could call him and he would explain it to me. I called him today 1/31/2018 and no lie, Darren spent 26 minutes of trying to clear up a problem that I had with my insurance. I feel SO assured and SO happy and SO balanced! Once again, thank you so much for a fantastic experience with an insurance company Darren!

I actually worked for this agency back in 2011. If you want the opinion from an insider Darren and Joel are two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Very professional and really care about doing a good job. They don't just try to sell you a policy, they try to get you the best deal.

I kept pushing off getting insurance because it scared me. Was I actually supposed to understand all those abbreviations and medical terms? And then I was introduced to Frank at WHINS Insurance Agency. He walked me through a couple of suggested plans based on what I was willing to spend. He took the time to explain to me what all the terms meant, what the benefits of each plan were, and helped me to make the right choice. He was (and is) friendly, courteous, and has always responded to any questions I have whether via email, phone, text and no matter what time it was. In the end, choosing my insurance plan became a fun and enjoyable experience. Thank you WHINS Insurance

I had a problem with prior Homeowners Insurance They had approved me and then 2 months later they cancelled. my policy. Obviously this was poor policy on there part in my opinion. Joel Wagner went to bat for me and solved my problem and was also able to obtain an Umbrella policy for me also
