Beautiful location. Breakfast was excellent. One small hiccup with the door which was eagerly and quickly fixed. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay here. Very friendly staff and the inn keeper was awesome. On site parking and close to the Stanhope house music venue. Loved the home cooked breakfast. No forced social events. It felt like a visit to a distant relative. Not actually knowing them but still felt like I was able to make myself at home. If l ever have to come back to the area I will definitely stay here again. Super easy check in and check out. I have no negative words for the Whistling Swan Inn. * Had a small refrigerator in room. DVD player with selection of DVDs Many books Several board games WiFi

Extremely nice place with love for detail in every room! Super nice staff and customer service, delicious breakfast! Someday we will need to stay a lot longer :-)

It's a great place, very cozy and comfortable and the owners are very nice and very welcoming. It has a very old English style to it that is very awesome if you're into that kind of thing. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick getaway.
