White Castle Headquarters

Long L O N G waits and order was all screwed up. The worst part is none of the workers even cared. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. White Castle should just close this place down

The Columbus community is made better by having White Castle headquartered here. White Castle is a great supporter of so many things that make Central Ohio a great place to live, work, do business, and raise a family.

Wow incredible space!! Recommend visiting if you ever get a chance. This is the castle of castle's and a beautiful spot with great design and architecture. After visiting I almost wanted to work on the corporate campus! Looked like there was a large open kitchen/cafeteria on the first floor for employees to enjoy !

I visited the White Castle in Wentzville, MO and received old sliders. The meat in the sliders was dark brown and semi hard. I called the location several times and kept getting their voicemail. I left several messages and no one returned my call. I drive to the location to return the cheese sliders and was refused a refund. The manager there would not talk to me but told the employee to tell me they could only exchange them for new cheese sliders. I called corporate several times and filed a complaint and after being told each time someone would contact me, No one ever did.

I moved to Florida in 2003 from NJ. I do believe it's about time now to have a White Castle in St Augustine, FL. I know we have the frozen in Walmart. Seriously, there no substitute for driving myself to a white Castle and relive the memories of walking passed the windows watching those burgers being prepared..while moving along with the line till I can place my order. Then sitting down with my 5 burgers and fries and onion rings because I could never decide which I wanted because they were both so delicious. I can go on and on with the many visits. So I think there should be a White Castle in the oldest city in the country, St Augustine, FL . There are so many people from the north east and midwest that transplanted here. Also the millions of snow birds that are here during the cooler climate. I tried to message your corporate office to write this with no luck so I figured here would be the next place to contact White Castle.so like I said earlier it is time to have a White Castle in St Augustine Florida because you are truly truly missed. This review is in regards to the white Castle location in Florence KY. This was one of the worst experiences at a White Castle ever. To start the eating area was filthy. Food and trash on the floor. The tables were sticky and uncleaned which we found to be gross. The ketchup holder had recycled ketchup packets in it that were obviously plucked the trash recepticles. The ladies restroom Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. All this and we haven't even touched the food... The chicken and waffle sandwich was sub par. The waffles weren't toasted, the fries were over cooked in oil that tasted like it hadn't been changed in a week Done with food... Now to throw out the trash.. good luck with that, all 6 trash bins we're overflowing and all this by 1pm... I hope the owner of this franchise reads this review and takes a hard look at their investment.

Well there a store on Lebanon rd in Sharonville Ohio and one on Cincinnati Dayton road .two time at each store I got cold fries the sliders where old and onions where burnt.I grew up eating white castles sliders but .I will never visit a store again .I buy mine at Kroger s frozen and heat them up in microwave.they taste fresh and o get my moneys worth .it sorry people to put out old and cold food.

I have eaten White Castle for over 55 years.The last 2 years , I have noticed that the buns are too dry. The dry buns make the hamburger inedible.Just Horrible! Plus, the pricing 6 burgers, frys and soda over $9 and I am still hungry.

best location for lewis center, any other white castle i'm not sure of yet. For the review that says 24 hours. my son has been working for 3 years at this location and has never stated they were open 24 hours.

Pulled into the White Castle in Scottsdale Az. Was disappointed as soon as I pulled in. Does not look anything like a White Castle. I sat there for a little while and was just not interested in going inside. They will probably do okay but the image is terrible.
