Whitley Law Firm

My workers comp claim started out smoothly and has took a turn into a complete nightmare!! My foot was ran over by a forklift while I was training someone and broke three metatarsal bones in my left foot. The orthopedic wrote a note to my job pulling me out of work for three weeks until a follow up xray to determine how much I've healed and what type of restriction i would have when returning to work. My hr manager then calls the doctor and had him to re write another not stating that I had been released without me even knowing and In the mean time stopped my weekly TTD benefits. I called Whitley Law Firm when this whole thing started. They didn't take my case right away but Kendall returned my call right away and and gave me Great advice as to how to go about working my way through this. She also advised me that I didn't need a lawyer at the time witch is a very honest piece of advice considering they couldve just as easily took me to the bank for nothing. Honesty has always been my policy when doing business. If you ever need legal advice or a trained ear to keep youon track legally I HIGHLY recommend this firm..it looks like I may need an attorney after all and you know who I'm calling. Yup you guessed it..WHITLEY..Theyre AWSOME!! Thank you so much you guys not only say you care but really show it!!

When I was involved in a car crash I knew that I would most likely need some assistance on the legal side of the issue. Sure enough, I did. After hearing some pretty good things about Whitley Law Firm, I decided to give them a call and get some assistance with the unfortunate accident. I couldn't be more happy with the help. They were understanding, sympathetic, and they helped explain everything to me. All I had to do was meet with the firm once, and they took care of everything from there. If it wasn't for their help, I would have lost around $1000 I was entitled to by the other driver's insurance company. I owe the firm a lot and I know who I would recommend to anyone that seeks any legal help.

I had an excellent experience with The Whitley Law Firm. They were professional and very personable. The overall feeling was worry free.They handled everything and were great about returning calls. Shannon Jones, my caseworker, was always willing to answer any questions/concerns and if she didn't know right then, she was willing to find out. They took my case and I basically didn't have to do anything until it was done. Should I need help again, this firm will be my first choice and I will be recommending them to anyone who asks! The entire staff treats everyone with respect, courtesy and dignity. Shannon and Bob made me feel like I had another family with them. They helped me & my family through the roughest darkest days of our lives.
