Whole Foods Market

Not a fan of the morning crew. The woman left 1 ingredient out of the $3 dollar 3-ingredient breakfast burrito and then insisted she’d added the cheese, avocado, and turkey sausage my friend paid extra for— as she rolled up a tortilla with nothing in it but eggs and then handed it to her. After we got that sorted out we went over to the coffee bar and the woman over there tried to charge us again for the two items we’d already paid for— *after* we showed her our receipts. And then instead of apologizing for her mistake she loudly complained about us to her coworker at the next register for a full minute while we waited for her to ring us up for the coffees we wanted. I go back because this is the cheapest option in the area but really i just feel like a tool for giving them my money.

Wholefood have awesome food and other things you may think of in a store. 2 of the stores located around NW Washington.

Update! The microwave can only be used for reheating cooked food!!!! You are not allowed to use it for cooking raw meat! Everything organic and healthy you need. Enclosed place to sit down and eat and drink your purchases right away. Even a microwave and cutlery is provided for free. Awesome!!💞

Generally pretty expensive for the primary demographic who frequent the location (college students from the local George Washington University). Does not have many name brand items like Pepsi, Coke, Dr. Pepper, Oreos, etc. Most food is organic and the prices reflect that. If you a freshman, you shop hear because it's cool. If you are a sophomore or junior, you shop here out of necessity. If you are a senior, you shop here for the cheap booze (lowest price is Three Wishes at $3.99 usually). Overall, not a bad place to get food, just get ready for higher price tags on things.
