Never been in the store, so I can't say anything about it. I have never had any of the issues other people have had. I get fairly fast answers to questions. They have a lot of harder to find locomotives on their website. Shipling was fast too. Very helpful on the phone as well.

Worst service ever, the lady was very rude like how do you even shop there you cant even go on in %100 wouldn’t recommend it to model train people.

Worst customer service I have ever had. I tried to stop by and browse, lady wouldn't let me in the store unless I told her what I was going to buy. Sorry, that's not how I shop, I look untill I find something I can't live without, then buy it. Long story short she wouldn't let me in, so won't be back

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have EVER had in my life the lady was super rude and wouldn't even let me in the store to look around. I will NEVER be a returning customer.

As one reviewer noted, difficult to browse, but an enormous N inventory to look over if you have patience and watch where you step.
