Wildflowers Preschool is a mixed-age preschool that
blends Reggio Emilia, Montessori and Environmental Education philosophies to create a unique curriculum that nurtures the child as a whole.

Story

Wildflowers Preschool is committed to maintaining a small group of mixed age
children. We keep our teacher child ratio small so that we can offer each child
the attention and nurturing they deserve. Our approach strives to: give children
some control over the direction of their learning, highlight the importance of using
all senses to learn and honor the endless range of ways children have to express
themselves. Wildflowers was founded by Heidi Donahue who holds a Master's in
Environmental Education and had a vision to create a space where children not
only look forward to spending time, but also feel a sense of belonging and
purpose.
