William G. Stratton State Park

Great place to go nice scenery and areas to park walk around boat grill or just hang out. Might not smell the best but memories are made here

Nice Riverview, boat launch and trailer park, not much else to report.

Played a small picnic show with some great friends. It was the day of Cornfest. Beautiful place.

This is a parking lot with a boat ramp giving folks access to the Illinois River. So it's not the type of state park with endless trails and interpretive centers, etc. - but it's certainly a fine place to take in the river. There are a few grills and picnic tables as well. A pleasant locale.
