I've been shopping this store for 5 yrs and am noticing more & more poor customer service and employee's don't know where anything is unless its their department. Items that I get on a regular basis are now being discontinued as well. This store also doesn't keep there produce fresh. The Organic produce is usually rotting and they still sell it. Go up the street to Fred Meyer they have fabulous customer service and fresh produce!!! I found my cleaning products cheaper as well and I use Seventh Generation & Mrs. Meyers products. Also I would like to add that this store charges for plastic bags. If you bring your own 5cents per bag u bring is taken off your bill. You might think your saving by shopping here yet they are ripping u off at the register.

My first impression is very positive. Great customer service, and the food was really good. it was also prepared pretty quickly. Definitely a great place for takeout. I see myself returning frequently.

Some items are hard to find. Most staff are helpful. Parking is usually good as its one of the smaller stores. I have been harassed by homeless people wanting money and food. Keep valuables and children close.

Good prices but I tend to avoid the produce unless I am going to eat the fruits or vegetables that day or the next. The checkout lines can be extremely long at times but the employees are on par with any other bargain grocery store. Product availability can be unpredictable at times, but you can always find the most common items people buy. The crowds at the Kent store late at night can be... Well, yeah. Let's just say I prefer to go during the day.

Great prices at this grocery store. Club prices without a membership fee. Deli bargains include a whole roasted chicken for $4.98. Hard to beat prices on canned food, frozen or fresh produce. Bananas are .52 per lb. Cheap beer and wine, too. Safeway is much higher on these items. 5 stars! Great store!
