They suck. The service sucks. The customer service sucks. They overcharge for service that always crashes. It takes them days to fix. The worst part is most of Espanola is in a rural area. So some of the places are not on Google maps or have changed. So to when they try coming out to fix the problem or to install for the first time. It like dealing with people that have never been to Espanola. #BigBrother #CanYouSayGoverment.

OU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR WITH WINDSTREAM. 90 dollars a month for 2 megs !!!!!??? WINDSTREAM NEEDS TO BE SUED!!!!Do not do business with this company!! It is well known for being hands down worst internet provider. The only reason they are in business is because the big companys like century link will not provide internet service to the espanola area they are robbing their customers .I have been a customer for 7 years .NOTHING HAS CHANGED CURSE YOU WINDTRSAM
