Been living at my place for 2 years now and every time I call to make a payment and send me a bill, they never do until I finally get a call from them threatening to shut my power down. Every time I had called to setup an automatic bill nothing ever gets transferred out of my account to pay. The customer service is garbage and they don’t care about your living situation or care that it’s their fault for not sending me my bill!!!!

I give two stars because my live service rep was pleasant and helpful. Otherwise this is the worst automated calling system I’ve ever dealt with.

Worst service I've ever had to deal with in my entire life. They could care less if your family goes without power for days, that your food its rotting in your refrigerator and that you can't make anything to eat because you have no electricity. So insensitive. Everyone is so worried about the people of Florida without power and when they will get it back and we have people in our own state without power by the hands of THIS company. They should be ashamed at how little they care about the human life.

Made a payment, got a confirmation number and everything. A week later I'm sitting in the dark because they screwed up in billing. They tried blaming the bank for the non payment (it was a certified bank check, and after talking to, and arguing with, four different people was finally put through to a supervisor, who actually looked at my account and realized I was right. I was then promised same day reconnection. Yeah, end of the day more like. This company is terrible and should be ashamed of the way it treats it's customers.

Terrible Customer Service We have been having an issue with construction for about a year now when we moved into our house, we had asked them to move a guide wire so we could widen our drive way. After charging us almost $1000 to move it 3 feet, they did do so but of course not in a timely manner at all, one of the workers then told me that the guide wire needed to be moved anyway due to it being out of date and loose I was not happy. Came home one day and I saw that they have moved it where we discussed it was to be moved but looked again and there was a second guide wire. When I tried calling WPS they said that it wasn't their wire and told me it was TIme warners. Which that lead to no were when calling them. Tried calling WPS back and no body was willing to help and left a voice mail with them a few times and no response. If your looking to speak to anyone about something make sure you give it a year
