Comcast Service Center

We had to have an upgrade to our service at my office. We experienced nothing but great customer service from Trevor, Bob and Jonathan. Great communication. Arrived on time, got the job done as expected. A limited interruption. Too often the end user has such a high expectation of the reality of the complexity of the internet. "Plug it in, it should work." They did a great job communicating, it isn't as easy as it always seems. In this case, they made it seem easy. Thank you - Comcast.

I pay for 250mbps and am throttled daily down to 10-15mbps. They send you to the Philippines to racist people for support. Hands down the worst internet service provider in history

I locked in with a bill for $60. BASIC cable nothing special really at all. For some reason each bill it's $80, $78, $75 and the lady managed to keep locking me into a new account and somehow it keep changing. My business is completely gone at this point. I shouldn't be nervous for a new bill. Terrible company, wouldn't waste another dime.

The staff at the store are awesome & very helpful. The company itself is horrible. The prices are never the same from month to month. The call center is extremely confused. One person would say one thing & another will contradict it. I dropped them & I am now going through DirectTV.

Our bill jumped 400 dollars out of nowhere and they wouldn't even give us an explanation. Even before that the Wi-Fi service was awful.
