Dr. Wright is always wonderful! Great staff and explains everything to make you feel comfortable!

I have been a patient of Dr. Wright for over 25 years. The staff is professional and always greets me by my name when I come in and Dr. Wright is always kind and has excellent bedside manner. I will never change eye doctors.

Well, what can I say? Other than this was my three children and I first visit and it was great! The two ladies working the front desk were nice, and when the doctor Dr. Wright walked in she was not at all what I was expecting. She was really good with all three of my children and really knew what she was doing. Lord willing me and my three will be back for future appointments to come. The only thing I did not like was the music, not that it was to loud or anything like that. It just wasn’t music I listen too. Keep up the good work ladies. You all were great.

Dr. Wright and her staff are amazing. I have been a patient there for a very long time and very happy with their service. I often refer people to Dr. Wright and they are very pleased with their services.

Went today for the first time and found the staff to be extremely nice and Dr. Wright was as well. I expected to get fused at because I haven't been to an optomertrist in a few years, but she took the time to explain everything to me regarding my vision. I had a wonderful experience.

Was referred here by health insurance salesman. Had a 10:30 appointment as a new patient. upon entering,there are 3 women working in the front...I greeted them all with a hardy, happy good morning, and only one responded. Being that I am big on customer service, the initial atmosphere I was not feeling, place is clean and neat. After meeting with Dr. Wright, she was informative, seemed concerned and explained to me exactly what was the issues with my vision. I like her, the staff seemed to have relationships with there current patients, and can be friendly. The initial greet was sour, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. I’m a friendly person and would like my service providers and the staff, to treat me the same. Would like to see the staff smile more, and not be so non-chalant. Will review again after establishment.

I went for an eye appointment recently as well as getting an updated contact lens prescription. Dr. Wright was a kind and great doctor, but the office didn't focus on my eye health, but more so on the contact lenses which is the paid portion part of the visit which was strange. I've been calling many times to follow up for the contact prescription as Dr. Wright had me try out two different lenses - on 3 to 4 different days at different times of the day, left voicemails, and they never pick up. Very frustrating. Won't be coming here again.

Dr. Wright is an excellent optometrist. She has a calm and friendly bedside demeanor. Unfortunately, the front desk staff are pushy and rude. They rarely greet you, albeit sometimes you get a brusque grunt of a hello, and if you decline the lens they try to push on you, their attitude goes up several notches. If you can look past the appalling front desk staff, you will find a very capable optometrist. I still go to her each year, she comes highly recommended.

First time ever at an eye doctor. I left a message and was called back within 3 minutes. Was told I could be seen on a Saturday even without an appointment. Dr. Wright was professional, caring and a joy to talk to. She diagnosed and treated a cornea scratch with care and gave me clear instructions on at home treatment. I was in a lot of pain and concerned over long term damage. I left the office able to see and comforted. The office was clean. The service was friendly and would recommend to anyone.

For years, my entire family has been going to Dr. Wright. Even after relocating out of state 3 years ago, we continue to go to Dr. Wright because of her level of professionalism and the care she and her staff provide to their patients. Dr. Wright and her staff have always been very friendly and they truly care about every customer that walks through their door. She works well with kids, teenagers, and adults and my family would recommend her to any and everyone!
