Xenia Municipal Court

Just called to get information about my juror summons. The woman was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was cut off and spoken to in an incredibly condescending manner. There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior especially when one is looking for information. I fully expected a professional interaction and am sorely disappointed in the manner in which I was dealt with.

The clerk I spoke to was very nice and extremely helpful.

This place is awful. The staff is not very helpful and they are incredibly slow. This is the smallest courthouse I've ever been to and somehow still had to wait for over 4 hours for paperwork to be faxed to the jail right across the street. Montgomery County works faster than this and they have a MUCH higher volume of cases and bails than xenia does.

Their website is archaic. They should really consider getting an online payment option OR at the very least, a way to look up how much you have left in fines. I live on the other side of the planet now and have to mail in checks like a pilgrim.

Friendly staff, during my last visit they were very helpful and cordial, I would look forward to being prosecuted in this building if I were a criminal lol
