Clerk of Courts-Municipal

Received a speeding ticket and went to court. Then went to driving school to have the points removed and even though I passed with flying colors, was on time, and respectful I still received points. The only thing served here was my wallet as I paid a hefty sum to these crooks.

Our Judge was accurate, respectful, and fair. He made his judgement and afterwards in paperwork the court system (a mass produced ditto paper)is adding on "costs" that our Judge did not include in his findings. When I called and talked to two different ladies, who didn't share their names with me, they said the verbiage on that paperwork has been like that forever and sorry but that's the way it is! The second lady cut me off repeatedly and said she had another customer waiting( we had talked 3 minutes tops).....which in my opinion listening and being polite would of made our call quicker. I don't know the legal system and can't afford a lawyer (which the 2nd lady at one point cut me off and smartalically suggested I appeal for$110) but what I do know is when our court hearing was over I specifically asked the bailiff about the charges and what they are saying in the vague ("costs" with no amount or explanation) paperwork is very different than what the bailiff confirmed with me. Why don't people care any more about being patient or kind....or a real stretch....helpful?

got pulled over for the tint on my windows gave me a warning even though there was no proof they was too dark..so state boy gave me seat belt ticket 85 bucks i paid it before the end of the day that my ticket said and they still sent it to the bmv.. like what

Let me start by saying I really wish thes girls in this cler of courts office was in my state , people would want to call and talk to them that were so helpful and easy to talk to . What a breath of fresh air to get a nice person at the court offices ,the one women in there her name is Denise , and the other one I did not get a name but wow cuddos to them thanks for the help . You made my day . Angela
