Good place to work and good pediatricians there especially Dr. Withrow who knows what to do about Bell's palsy and isn't afraid to refer you to specialists when medical necessary

I really like YMC! Most of my doctors are at this clinic and all the nurses staff and doctors are great! If I could change one thing it would be a reception desk to take your insurance and check in in the other entrance where the elevator is so you don't have to walk through the whole Lobby and then all the way back to use the elevator. Other than that I have no problem with YMC.

I am a nurse at another facility, had recently had one of their patient present to our hospital. Needed patients Past Medical Records, It was a Sunday afternoon, called to see about obtaining these medical records. I was told because it isn't during standard business hours they were not able to get me these records because they were busy. My pt was critically ill, and had expressed this to the person who answered phone, but stated, " they were busy with a room full of pts that was needing their attention, and she could not help me because she was busy." Had asked after they closed if someone could fax me some information, and stated they could not help me, I would have to contact them on Monday. The representatives name was Megan. Anyone in the medical field should always be the patients advocate, this is one of their pts that was needing their assistance, and they were very unwilling to help in anyway!

I recently paid 100 dollars on my medicial bill and they withdrew 700 dollars. I called and they refunded me 600 dollars but now i have to wait until Monday for it. What kind of business does this? This is shameful behavior.

If your not able to go back to work for a while after surgery don't rely on these guys to get any paperwork done for short term or long term disability. It took them two weeks to do the paper work and they didn't even fill it out correctly for the second time so now my fiance has to wait for them to get the papers AGAIN for the 3rd time and wait for them to send them in again. Not happy with them at all. I understand they might be busy but I saw the paper work. Would only take 15 minutes to fill out. Not satisfied at all.
