Very welcoming and friendly. The instructors care about their student's individual needs, hear their concerns, and are able to help guide them into their practice. I am a first-time yogi, and I was nervous and intimidated. They set my mind at ease and took time to help me get into correct position. I left feeling genuinely cared for.
