Reviews
This is a tough review. First of all, the staff was excellent, especially the maintenance men. Before I could get into my "red carpet" site the maintenance crew had to come over and take a chainsaw to many big branches otherwise there was no way I was going to fit. They had to come back the next morning for more otherwise there was no way I was opening my slide. My site (79) power box made my surge protector say reverse polarity. After their electrician came by to look and switch wiring he said it was safe but still kicked the warning on my surge protector. The voltage was so low at times it was kicking off my TV's if the AC was on. It was over 90 degrees all three days and we couldn't run our AC after the first night because the voltage was so low I was worried about frying the condenser. This place is mainly for tents and pop-ups. If you have a big rig skip. If you have teenagers skip. Kids 11 and younger will have fun at the pool.

I would not stay here!! They charge $40 just to visit Family who are camped here. Which is outrages!! Bathrooms were not all that cleaned. If you have to dump your camper their dumping station sit on the side of a hill. So how are you able to do a full dump and clean your hoses when you are done??? Also the bugs and mosquitoes were horrible. They never sprayed the campsites to or woods around the area to help keep the bugs away like they do other Campgrounds we’ve been at. So I recommend not to stay here. It didn’t meet my standards of a good quality Campgrounds.

Have stayed at a few other yogi bear parks and they were all for the most part decent. This one, Dells, is not up to par considering what we payed. The facilities were in shambles! Bathroom urinals sprayed water on you. The toilettes were broken or unserviceable. Roaches were coming out of the drains. Terrible. We were luck with one thing and that was the fact that we were able to find at least three staff members who spoke English. The rest, no English at all! Hard to relate to your customers if you do not speak the language.
Dumping. This one caught us off guard. Of the three English speaking staff members, only one of them could tell us where the dump station was and even then she told us no one dumps any more and looked at us like we were weird. When I went to the dump station I was amazed. First, it was on a hill! Sort of hard to dump if you are at the wrong angle! Second, they offered a Hose for rinsing of which had no connection on it, just a plain hose that was cut off at the end. Next it was useless anyways as there was no water pressure as it just barely trickled. If you need to dump, stay away from this park.
Trash. They were nice enough to pick up trash from the sites but they were selective. Sometime they pick up our trash bag the. Other times they would drive by, igngire it, and pick up a neighbors bag leaving us looking at our trash bag for two days.

Where the heck do I start about how horrible this place is? I can write paragraph after paragraph, BUT IM JUST GONNA SUM IT UP SHORT.
Next to interstate=very noisy; pool, hot tub & restrooms are disgusting; they can't accurately keep track of who is where & in what tent or rental area; they have ALL foreign staff except the management=bad English & most of the time they don't understand you so they have to call management over (extra 20 min wait), they will NOT issue refunds whatsoever so if you have a credit on your account they just send you a paper "gift certificate" & they lie to you on the phone & tell you it's good for anything on the property when in fact it's only good for ICE & WOOD; I can go on and on about the bad stuff here. BUT, this place is completely overpriced & all the other campgrounds in the area are way cheaper, cleaner and better and not Foreign! WORST CAMPGROUND I HAVE EVER, EVER, EVER STAYED AT!

We've visited this campground for more than 40 years. I have to say that our experience this time was less than satisfactory. We spent over $500 to camp there over the Memorial Day weekend and we were told that the hot tub was broken and wouldn't be fixed for some time. This should have been taken care of before opening the park. Also, we were parked within 100 feet of a WiFi tower and could not connect to the internet. This may be the last time we visit this particular Yogi Bear campground.
