Probably the best sushi in Columbus. Keep coming back. Also have phenomenal noodles and other dishes. Can get pretty busy on weekends.

Great variety of foods. Many new and updated items since new ownership. Lots of traditional dishes and sushi with many trendy rolls that combine a lot of different ingredients. Some are a little over the top for my taste. Their noodle bowls are huge and filling, but Miso recipe has changed and is not as good as it used to be.

NOTE: we did not get sushi, because we can't afford it. So if your main purpose in going here is sushi, you can probably disregard this review.
I got the chicken katsu dinner. The flavor was good, but the breading did not stick to the meat very well at all. My wife got the Ten-don, and she liked it, but she also said you can get the same thing at Tensuke Express for cheaper (though not as cheap as it used to be, sadly).
Atmosphere was decent. Nice, clean place. We ended up sitting next to a table with a couple of heavy-drinking businessmen, who were loud, but not unbearably so.
Overall, I'd say it's similar to Akai Hana, though maybe slightly more expensive. It's a good-but-not-great Japanese restaurant. Then again, in my experience, I'm not sure Columbus has a great Japanese restaurant (let's be honest, folks, the Chinese food selection is much better), so I don't know that you can do much better than Yoshi's.
