This is a great place to train if you are looking for a traditional, practical and no-nonsense approach to martial arts. Jason Yost is versed in several styles and is always studying to improve his knowledge. 
The rare thing about Jason is that as a martial arts school owner, he has reached out to other school owners and sought connections. (This is how I know Jason, because I'm a martial arts supply vendor). He is very involved in the business community and truly wants others to succeed, and will help you when he can. Jason is very direct and honest in his approach, he won't kid you about things that really don't work!

Sifu Yost and everybody there are very encouraging and want to help you do more than learn just self defense. Everyone here wants to see everyone else get better and live stronger.
