I called to get information on new service and when I got the final quote for the slower internet speed of 10 and basic cable. It was insane she stated it would be 179 a month. I’m is sure that doesn’t include tax or the rentals of the cable box or router. How do they stay in business in a poor town.

If you live out of town they will charge you double for a land line phone that you cant even use. When i asked about any deals for students, i dont qualify because of where i live. Good thing a majority of your customers are only here for 4 years. Just so you know I'm not kidding, Ive had .16mbps download speed all day. its Sunday or I would waste my time calling them just to be told there isn't anything you can do, they like to say that a lot over the phone.

The IT department really went above and beyond to help figure out why our Wi-Fi modem wasn't putting out enough speed. They reset it and reconfigured it accordingly.
