Zacho Sports Center

We purchased a Hobie kayak from Zacho and had a great experience with Kaitlin Woodward. She was delightful to work with and attentive to our questions and needs. We were unable to retrieve the kayak immediately upon purchase and the folks at Zacho were excellent about holding the boat for us for about 3 weeks while a few spring snow storms passed through. Can't say I was happy with a "Service" fee on a boat that is not being titled or registered but at the end of the day their price and accessory discount incentive and Kaitlin's attitude sealed the deal for us. We'd shop here again and would recommend Kaitlin for your human powered watercraft needs.

I recently purchased a Lund 1775 Impact from Doug at Zacho. I initially made contact at a boat show in January, and though Doug stayed in contact since then, he was never pushy. He made sure that I got the exact boat I wanted at the best price possible. I have nothing but good things to say about all of the staff members I dealt with. They were all professional, helpful and friendly. Rest assured that if you purchase a boat from Zacho, you won’t be disappointed!

The place is great. They all go out of their way to help. Nate is fantastic. Cale is great. Everyone else is very very good. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Had my bike in for service and got new grips put on. Went in to pay for it all and Andrew the Service Manager was great. Went over everything with me and price was even better than I anticipated. Have been taking my bike here since I bought it two years ago, and every time I do, just re-affirms why I take it there and no where else.

Hands down the best customer service I've ever had! My side by side ended up needing a new engine. Any other dealership would be money hungry and unforgiving. But Andrew the service manager took great care of me! Saving me money wherever he could, and constantly checking in with me on the progress. I've also dealt with Nate in sales. Super cool guy and great salesman. All the staff there feel like your friends rather than businessmen. All around great place. I'll continue to buy from them and always have my toys serviced there!
