The app makes scheduling so easy, with so much information at your fingertips you feel in control. The office was clean and the staff was very polite. I was offered tea while I waited, which is amazing when you’re not feeling well. The care I received was thorough, quality care and all costs were made transparent. I have been so skeptical of zoom care for some time now, but my perception has been completely turned around.
Super fast and the most convenient! I had to haul my babies in with me and they were so nice and accommodating. I was expecting a long, stressful appt and instead it turned out really great and fast. I was in and out in 15 min. AND they handed over my prescription right there. How convenient!
The Cascade location of ZOOM+Care is small, but the staff is friendly, efficient, dedicated and very helpful. The hours are limited to normal work day hours, so they won't see anyone after 5 PM. My doctor was right on time in calling me back to the examination room. I had a diagnosis and treatment options within 10 minutes. I had the option of getting my medications at that location or at my pharmacy. I opted for the former. When I went to checkout, my medications were ready to go and I was out the door and on my way home to rest. A fantastic interaction and I will happily return to ZOOM+Care.
The attending PA was very thorough even though he was working quickly. He asked very good questions and listened attentively. The best part is the on site prescription drugs availability at a reasonable price. Great experience despite not feeling well.
I have had kidney stones 5 times in my life and yes I got them again on our trip to Portland. They were friendly, got me in fast and the doctor give me more information about my condition then all of my other urgent care visits combined. I am rarely impressed in life, but I was with this facility. Nicely done.
I appreciate this clinic and their staff. I have seen Miss Tomayko on a few different occasions and it makes going an easier process. I work down the street and there are quite a few of us that are just thrilled it's there. Being able to get antibiotics there at the clinic saves a TON of time too. It's very convenient to be able to make an appointment online and go to an appointment on your lunch break. It's just right off the freeway, which is a plus also. Highly recommended.
This isn't the first time I've had to go to urgent care and the Cascade Station is conveniently located by my work. Very easy to schedule and was able to get my respiratory needs taken care of as well as thank the PA for her help the last time I came in! Easy to set up. Clean and easy to access office. Kind and knowledgeable staff and they work with my insurance. Best app I've got on my phone that isn't a social media!! Thanks again for helping me get through this nasty cold/flu season.
When you walk in the first thing that you will notice is how nice and clean the business looks. The receptionist was very friendly. I made my appointment online for 6:30, I arrived at 6:20 and was seen by the doctor at exactly 6:30. The doctor was very easy to talk to and she prescribed the appropriate medicine. Amazing how this place took my appointment 1 hour before they closed, but other practices had a 3 week waiting period.
Fantastic experience! I was visiting Portland from out of town and the night before my flight, I realized I had developed a strange rash on my ankles. I was able to get an early morning appointment the next day at the Zoom Care near PDX. I walked in and it was an easy check in process since they had already verified my insurance. I was told up front what I would be expected to pay. The doctor was thorough yet quick, as well as very friendly. Turns out I was having an allergic reaction to something. She prescribed some ointment that they had available on site. Check out took all of a minute. I was able to make my flight back home with my mind at ease. Thanks for a great experience. I wish we had Zoom Care where I live!
Fella at the front desk was quick, courteous, and professional. Dr. Tomayko performed her initial examination on me with equal deftness. In and out in 20 min with a referral for further testing for my symptoms. 10/10. Will definitely be my first stop next time I have something ailing me that doesn't require a trip to the ER.
