Genuinely the best coin shop in town, and the best I’ve EVER been to. Paul is a friendly and honest numismatist who will give you the best price for your coins and has an incredibly diverse inventory for the fairest prices you can find. Every coin hobbyist and collector in the Denver area owes him a visit!
I stopped by the coin shop and met Paul the owner. What a really nice man! He took the time to let me look at the graded coins he has. The prices are absolutely spot on with no markup. In fact, probably lower than Ebay on a lot of things. I am going back to see him next week to buy some graded Silver coins.
Went in there while in town visiting my sister. Paul is excellent to deal with I bought quite a bit while there and returned the very next day to snag another coin! Great shop with variety and fair pricing. Paul has a good eye for nice quality coins as well! I certainly will visit again next time I’m back in town!

We inherited a 1908 $20 gold coin from my grandmother and did preliminary internet research so we wouldn’t look like total rubes. We walked out with big smiles and paper dollars. We felt we were treated respectfully and fairly and educated.
Wouldn't even give advice on suggestions of how to sell my collcollection. He acted like selling stamps was a best kept secret for how to do it. I'm calling bull Edit to add: you literally said you used to buy stamps, I asked for websites or general tips of how to go about selling an antique collection. Obviously you know, you're just not a very friendly person and if it doesn't directly make you money you won't be of help. I bet you rip people off buying their coins too
Would give a zero star review if I could I had my coin appraised at a different location he told me I had something immediately went in Really old guy behind the desk told me my coin was sanded down meanwhile it's not even the same size as a regular quarter due to the fact that it was misprinted exactly what the other guy told me went here to see how honest this guy was But after one look at me he dismissed me Highly recommend anybody who's thinking about going here take their business elsewhere bunch of crooks
I have brought in several coins and they have always given me a fair price and well above anyone else. I have tried other places but will gladly drive 30 minutes each way to A Coin Shop because no one else is as fair as them. Highly recommend!
My mom and I went in the other day for the first time, and we had a great time! They have a small selection of some really neat and fun antiques, and some really high-grade coins. I am sorry that we did not catch the name of the gentleman who was helping us, but he was incredibly patient with us, very informative, and just plain friendly! Unlike some other places, he didn't need to see the color of our money before cheerfully showing us his coins. Some places look at you strange when you ask them to see a coin, but not here! No, this store is customer oriented for sure! We weren't frowned upon because we weren't huge coin collectors we're newbies and we said a few ignorant things-- we sure had a great time and left with some great coins and some education. We'll be back.
I really like shopping here. Very friendly environment and I feel like I always get the most for my coins and silver.
