Ivonne Huerta helped me with my order over the phone, included pictures and affordable pricing! And she helped me get same day delivery!! I definitely recommend this location, their staff are very helpful. Give that lady a raise!!!

The customer service was very good when I 1st got my things. I have several accounts with this company and have always made my payment on time. I had a very rude conversation with the manager there and I asked another employee for the district managers number. It has been over 3 weeks now and I still have not received any phone calls, emails, or any feedback. Shows how much they really care. Hopefully this review will get some higher management's attention and we can go over why I am so unhappy on how the manager at the Fuquay location spoke to me knowing I've been a great customer. My recommendation is not to go here. Once my accounts are paid in full I will NEVER shop here again! Update: Spoke to the Regional manager Matthew and he apologized for everything that happened. My 4 stars are definitely for him.

I went in today looking for a laptop. I was greeted by Josh. He's helped me many times over the years. We talked about how I've been his customer since the store opened. I told him what I needed in a laptop & he brought out 2 for me to compare. One of them was exactly what I wanted. He then updated my info in the system...I signed a couple of places...and I was on my way. I was in & out in about 15 minutes today. I have NEVER had a bad experience with Josh or anyone at this store, or any of their locations. I am very thankful that I can get what I need from these awesome people anytime I need something . I am severely handicapped & can't always walk or drive...so, they have even delivered my product to me with the papers I needed to sign on a couple occasions. Now, that's going the extra mile, in my book. So, thank you Josh & employees...I appreciate you!

I have had a series of accounts with the Fuquay Varina store and in recent months I have been considering doing business with another store. The customer service for this location ,with the exception of a few lovely employees , has been awful. The manager Josh, has been extremely rude to not only me but others I have recommended. I am very disappointed in the service received and the manner in which I was handled as a customer of 4 years. Not sure if Rick is still an active employee at this location but this site needs more individuals like him to better customer service relationships.

Always easy to work with. I did some last minute Christmas shopping and used the 6 month same as cash option.

We have purchased our refrigerator, washer and dryer, bedroom set, laptop and most recently, a 4pc sectional from Aarons at Fuquay location. We are BEYOND pleased and happy with the assistance we received and their customer service. Liz was more than patient with us lol picking out what we liked and making recommendations. Rick was also very helpful with not only assisting us with the laptop, but helping us when we had a hard month due to Covid. We will always look to them for future projects!! Thank you Aarons at Fuquay for helping us make our new home ours.

This Aaron's is amazing. All knowledge staff and genuinely concerned about helping you chose items that match what you're looking. Definitely recommend this business for anyone looking for quality at a great price.

I want to say . . Aarons will try all they can to find something that will meet your needs.. If it doesn't work or you find you cannot financially continue.. with your lease. ..they allow you to return it.. I must say that those who do the deliveries and pick ups are very kind .. . very professional ... ... I do believe I will visit their store.. and see things first hand. before i try a new lease..sometimes..seeing and trying is better before buying ...
