I visited this store today with a complex problem. Raymond A was the only associate in the store. Despite having 2 other customers he was already assisting, he greeted me promptly, and began to assist me as well. He was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Even after I became frustrated with the problem on my account, he stayed calm and worked to provide a solution. He was able to complete my request in a timely manner, and to my satisfaction, something 2 other stores had been unable to do. Raymond provided the best customer service experience in an ATT store I have had in 10 years with this company. Highly recommend.
Tajh Hollingsworth showed excellent customer service at this store. My wife and I went to this store after getting phones from a rep in SAMs Club. We were told by the rep that if we had any issues we could go to an AT&T corporate store and they would be able to help us with anything. My Wife's phone wasn't working, we couldn't reset our pin for our account, we received no tracking to send our old phones back, etc...long story short, we were extremely unhappy and tensions were high. Tajh was very empathetic, knew we were frustrated and even though there wasn't technically anything he could do on our account, because we signed up with AT&T Rep at Sam's club who is an affiliate not corporate, he helped us get in contact with someone who could help us. Tajh, along with the representative he helped us get in touch with at AT&T, are the reason we didn't decide to cancel everything and ended up upgrading our phones to the better models. I truly appreciated his patience and assistance! He is definitely a great asset to the AT&T team!
The customer service at this AT&T location is top-notch! The staff was friendly and helpful during our visit. We worked primarily with Tajh and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience and we ordered what fit our needs.
Billy was personable, knowledgeable and so helpful every step of the way in helping me, a senior citizen, to purchase a new iPhone. I would recommend him if you’re interested in buying a phone or accessories. As a matter of fact, I recommended my grandson to see Billy when he’s coming to buy his new phone this evening.
Wow. Super impressed with my experience yesterday at this store. My phone was stolen, and I was dreading this process after awful experiences in the past with AT&T both the customer service phone number and other brick and mortar locations. This was my first time at the Fuquay location, and the staff here is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! I was assisted immediately, and they made the process so smooth and easy. Thank you so much Billy and Far! Rockstar employees that are so hard to find these days. I will be referring everyone to this location because of this great experience.
We had such an amazing experience at this store. Tajh and Billy were incredible. The purchase and phone set up was smooth and on point. I highly recommend going here and working with these two gentlemen!!
I really appreciated how helpful and friendly the staff was. They were even dressed up for Halloween which was refreshing to see. Special shout-out to Billy Sanders for helping me get my internet service. Keep up the great work!
Tajh was a good team member at this AT&T location. He made my experience getting a new phone joyful and happy by offering the best customer service I could have asked for.
Taj and Far are the best! So friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’ve had to go in several times for account or phone assistance and even with several people waiting or calling they always take time to make sure they answer all of your questions.
Raymond and Far are excellent! They are both so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. You need to insure that they stay there because they are a tremendous asset to AT&T.
