Broke the privacy policy in my contract with them and also destroyed the frame of my closet door trying to get their rented items I was renting to own through them out of my house. Never called me or nothing and never gave me a chance to explain why it was locked in my closet upstairs. Family issues is all I'm going to say when I stated that I had what I had rented from them locked up. Will never rent from them again.

Very poor service don’t stand up with there word I would buy nothing from them don’t care back don’t pick phone calls very bad service will go somewhere else

Got a living room set 15 years ago from Aaron's. Still using it. Have also bought bed, table and chairs, washer and dryer, great service. Doug is awesome. He goes above and beyond for the customer

I had a great experience shopping with aarons. Everyone was friendly and I was greeted as soon as I entered. They are very thorough with explaining everything. They also work to get you the best deal they have available.

Aaron's has some of the nicest and most up to date appliances computers TVs stereo equipment beds etc. They have always worked with me even though I was way behind in my payments they still worked with me... they even came to my house numerous times to help with electronics that weren't their property. I would recommend anyone who cant afford to pay full price for an item that Aaron's has give them a call and I know they will work with you within reason...hands down best service in our area for the type of business they are

Told me and my wife to have money there by 12 on Friday to have the bed order on truck. So it would be here on Tuesday. Well, when Tuesday rolled around no bed and they said the bed would be there the next day. Then, a couple days go by and still no bed. Instead of telling us the truth and saying that they did not place our order, they blamed it on the truck not coming and telling us that our bed won’t be here till next week. Basically giving us the run around. So, we got our money back and we’re going somewhere else.

What they say is true with this store. The worse person there is James. He lies to you, and treats his customers very rudely. Then He lies to Jake about his actions and what he tells his customers. Then when they are both caught in their lies and proven wrong. They disrespect the customer again and Lie to there Supervisors about it. Too bad that there are Smart customers out there that record conversations with the two of them and prove to their Supervisors just how rude, disrespectful and what lier's they are.
