We had a very pleasant experience with Slumberland Furniture yesterday. Our sales clerk, Celia Adler was outstanding. Very nice, very helpful. She wasn't pushy. We highly recommend Celia and Slumberland.
The ease of buying furniture was great. People are friendly and directed their attention to what I wanted that I could afford in my budget. Very knowledgeable staff. It was a good experience. I highly recommend them to all of you.

I have always had good people experience in Burlington IA, not so much in Coraville IA. You would get even more of my business if I could purchase off the floor rather than wait 6 weeks. Purchased again at Burlington with excellent service, yet to be delivered and times are rediced to 2 weeks.
I rarely leave reviews, good or bad. But I had such a wonderful experience today in this store, I just had to take two minutes and say so!! One of the friendliest, sales person I’ve ever experienced anywhere. And the manager was completely accommodating.... selling me a floor model which they normally wouldn’t do and giving me free shipping to a town 45 minutes away, delivered TODAY so I can surprise my husband for his birthday! The same exact chair across the road at another furniture store was going to cost $900, and I paid $725 at this store.
The minute we walked in the door Anneliese was very helpful. Answered all of our questions, checked on everything for us we wanted to know. she could tell we were serious about buying as we just came off of a bad furniture buying experience, and just canceled that order after waiting 12 months. We were excited about this great experience, AND the fact that we have an actual delivery date in a few days!!

Our sales associate took the time to listen to our wants and needs. She showed us a variety of pieces that fit our height differences comfortably. We had been to several places, yet Slumberland and their associates were the only ones who could get our the furniture that fit us comfortably and get it to is before fall or mid-summer and at a great price. They are a wonderful place to do business.
