My experience was pleasant throughout. I was most happy with the fact that I can book appointments online and that Saturday appointments are available. Dr. Peter Pham was very knowledgeable and clear in his explanations and he took the time to listen to my concerns. The staff were very welcoming and helpful; my optician was Haley and she was just lovely.

Entire experience was great! Doc was awesome and answered all my questions. Front staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate the new technology for retina scanning so that you don't have to have your eyes dilated. Worth the extra cost. We were in and out on my lunch break!

Dr. Pham was great as usual. Explained in detail things that would be going on with my eyes as my age advances. I really appreciated that. The young lady working in the front was very personable as well. Great visit!!

This was the second exam my daughter had because her prescription for her contacts in her one eye was not correct. So now we are told we can not return the contacts ordered and have to place an order for the prescription which was the same as before the doctor states it is now. Plus she has been wearing glasses this whole time with this new prescription. So that will need to be changed also. WON’T be coming back to Target Optical. That’s a big mistake and a lot of money I will now have to spend because of his mistake.

Be sure to check your insurance EOB!  They charged me for contact fitting at the time of the appointment, but also billed and were paid by my insurance.  Now my benefit has been reduced, and I have double paid.  When I called the office to get it straightened out I was told I would have to contact the billing department.  Fine.. what's that number?  They wouldn't/couldn't give me the contact number for who they were telling me to contact.  Dr. Phan was great.  My wife and I have seen him for the past few years.  No complaint at all about the doctor!

The service and the exam were beyond expectations. Very quick and thorough. The result was improved vision that i am very satisfied with. I will definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend Target optical to others.

Fantastic experience. The doctor was very informative and took the time to explain everything. My children enjoyed their visit. It's easy to book and reschedule appointments online.

Quick service and friendly staff. Dr. Pham was very informative about the exam and how long my contacts would take to process. Tyler was also very knowledgeable about glasses and helped me choose the best option for my face shape

Entire process was extremely smooth and enjoyable. Wasn't felt rushed and they made sure I had full understanding of each explanation or process.

Was vey detailed love it the doc wen above and beyond to explain everything and ask if I had any questions
