We've been going to Harbor Point Animal Hospital for 3 years and have always had a pleasant experience with their convenient scheduling, courteous staff and exceptional vet techs and doctors. They always make sure that my dog is the least anxious she can be by providing attention and love and treats. We've seen many different doctors and staff and each time, we were treated very well. I would highly recommend this vet practice.
The team at Harbor Point has always taken excellent care of our dogs. Every staff member from the front desk to the techs to the veterinarians is top notch! I want to give a special thank you to the lead vet tech Diane for taking care of a test that was ordered by a specialist. She went out of her way to arrange for shipment to a lab they don't normally use. This saved us an hour drive back to the specialist office. Thank you Diane!
I came to Harbour Point Animal Hospital as an emergency case my vet wasn’t open yet because my dog had gotten kennel cough from a daycare facility and was getting worse. Harbour Point answered their phones right away, were willing to see us right away and were so kind and communicative the entire time. Dr. Laity and Ashley really listened and took great care of my dog. We will definitely be coming back here as I haven’t felt that cared for at a vet in a very long time! Thank you!
I used to go to Harbor Point always, but we moved to another area and switched. My sweet pup was having issues vomiting, so I tried to get in with my new vet, and they couldn't get me in for over a week. Well Harbor Point, fit me in and they were awesome! The vet tech was helpful and great with my pup. The vet was knowledgeable and fixed up my baby. It's not as close, but I think we are going back for good! They have always been great!
I came to Harbor Point honestly by accident. I was unhappy with my current place and I missed the feeling of knowing that the person taking care of my dog recognized her and knew her history. I made the change reluctantly because I knew my girl was old and near to the point of having to say goodbye. We weren’t there yet, but I needed help. All the vets and staff were great! They were sweet and understanding and always followed up. We only had a few visits before it was “time”. All I can say is that losing a pet that has been with you over a decade is the absolute worst! I can honestly say though that I couldn’t have asked for a better place to help her go as peacefully as it was. They let me take all the time I needed with her before I left. That is one thing that I’ll never forget. I know that in the future if I ever find another pet, that I’ll definitely bring them here.
I’m an over the road truck driver n my dog is always with me, she got bit and not being from this area I used google and was going off of who had the latest hours on a Saturday afternoon. I came down here completely blind just knowing my dog needed help. The staff was amazing and did a great job. Both the vet tech and the doctor called me after they were done. Pricing was very fair now if they could have fixed how pathetic my dog looks that’s a different story
This past weekend I was dog/housesitting for very dear friends when I noticed an issue going on with Daisy, their puggle, so I called Harbor Point. I had never been there with a pet before and they'd never seen Daisy before. They have urgent care and put me on the list. I took Daisy and they got us in in a timely manner. They were very kind and thorough and got Daisy taken care of. Harbor Point has a very calm atmosphere, both for the pets and the pet parents. I was just in the area for the weekend but if I lived closer, I would definitely take my pet to them for care. Thank you for your kind service!
The staff at Harbor Point are amazing & welcoming. They do a great job and really care for your pets. They have been taking care of my sweet girl Nala for over a year now and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. Thank you Harbor Point for taking such good care of my sweet girl!!
This past Thursday, we had to rush our 5 pound yorkie grand pup to Harbor Point Animal Hospital, he was bitten by a large dog. Upon arrival, the entire staff worked hard to try to revive him and help us deal with this trauma. Unfortunately they weren’t able to save his life. The staff were very empathetic and we really do appreciate them being there for us. We would recommend this animal hospital to anyone in need of a caring group of people.
A great vet for those scaredy cats and dogs!! They are a fear-free practice and it shows. Such a caring, helpful team. I've gone here for urgent care, emergency, and regular visits. We previously went to a cats-only vet so I was worried my cats would be freaked out by dog scent, but they do have a separate area for cats, with a cute little bench in the room for you to sit. Great team, great practice, great vets!
