Oh my goodness! Crowder Brother's Manatee Ave store is amazing! I phoned not them not even an hour ago asking if they had a service that would move my Kamado Joe grill from it's original stand into a cart. Ted was at my home in 15 minutes and the two of us were able to accomplish the task. I still can not believe it! I am so grateful to Crowder Brother's and Ted for his can-do attitude. This company is one of a kind! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Amazing, I walked in looking for 2 screws. A fellow asked me what I'm looking for, got on his radio, then said, there will be someone at aisle 15 to help you. Sure enough, a friendly fellow was there and helped me find the exact screw within moments. Outstanding customer service! Quite different than other hardware stores in this region.
They had the plumbing plastic pipe needed which Home Depot did not have! Great convenient location saves time!
I love this store........ This part is for Crowder's. They have gorgeous gifts here and this is the only store where I can find my favourite candles, Tyler Candles. They're really fantastic. The staff are friendly here and there is always lots of lovely things to mooch about and covet. Recommended. Ace............. It's a lovely store. The people working here are so friendly and helpful. They always have what I am looking for. Recommended.
Recently attempted to return a wrong size ac filter purchased in its original packaging however the cashier refused to exchange due to it being slighlty bent while traveling in the trunk of my vehicle. Never will I ever shop there again, that's a local hardware store on the beach but not worth there return policy. Home depot and or Lowes would have taken it back. Plus they are over prices. Thumbs down due to customer satisfaction.
Its a decent store and now have a fishing dept. If only they wouldnt try to be so helpful. They are annoyingly always asking if they can help u find something everytimw you turn a corner. Maybe I must want to look around.
Great place for practical stuff like tools, etc. And great place for gifts like home decor, jewelry, and clothing. Love the friendly staff.
I am 76 and have been shopping for greeting cards for years at this store, I buy several at a time, all atleast 10 dollar cards, anyway I opened one of the cards that lights up, didn't work, so I took it back, and 5 minutes and 2 clerks and no help at all, so I just took the card and came here to Google, Crowder has changed !!!
Always super friendly staff ready to help! Yes, other home improvement stores are a little cheaper, but I will pay a little extra all day long for this level of customer service! Thanks Jerry!!
