On July 1st 2017, My husband and I attended a private event where Ave Casino Entertainment had gambling tables. At the end of the night, everyone turned in their chips for a chance to win a "vacation to Laughlin". We were so excited when my husband won. After TWO months of calls, messages, emails, we STILL have not received a thing. BEWARE! It is a SCAM! Steve Herman director of operations said he sent us our "vacation package" twice and we NEVER received a thing! He still HAS NOT provided proof he sent it. No tracking number, no shipping receipt, NOTHING! What he did provide is a FABRICATED letter that supposedly was sent to us stating our "vacation to Laughlin" is only ONE day and on a  WEDNESDAY! Wow! What a joke of a vacation. We still have not received that letter. At this point, it isn't even about the vacation. It is the lack of integrity and all the lies! BEWARE to anyone who books this business!
