Misrepresented as Alaska Airlines reservations. Never received the confirmation and had to book another flight through Alaska. Am disputing the charge on my Visa as I did not recognize the company. When I called, they said they were not a company and would not give a name.

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Khaled El Bego for the professional services he provided to me during my preparations for my December 2017 Umrah trip. Khaled respondede to all my concerns/questions in a timely manner and with full patience. H would call, email or text me back even after office hours and on weekends which I really appreciated. I am considering using Adam Travel Services for all my future umrah trips in sha Allah just because I trust and respect that Khaled is going to help me with his excellent customer service which I did not find anywhere else.

Booked a flight without confirming. Refused to send confirmations or cancellation confirmations. Never identified the agency. Required me to dispute charges on credit card. Overcvharged $450 for a 265.00 ticket

I like to extend my thanks to all the team at Adams Travel and in particular Khaled from Chicago office he was great help ,,the hajj trip was extraordinary from beginning to the End ,,It was my wife's first experience to do hajj ,, Insha Allah will do it next year my self and hoping my son will be with,, The team in Madina and Mecca also were great to work with made every step special and easy..
