ALCA Travel

I've been using them for years and not until recently I realized how important a travel agent is. Cancelled flights when in Mexico isn't as fun as you'd think. With the help of Acla Travel we got home the next day! P.s. get the travel insurance!

I have been working with Dawn, and she has been PHENOMENAL! She has been quick, honest, trustworthy, passionate, and professional. She has focused on what we want for our honeymoon, and not was is recommend to us from others. I will be booking all of my longer trips with her and this company from now on. There fee's are VERY reasonable, and did i mention how quick they are on setting everything up. She has stayed late and worked extra hours to help book our trip.

Karla is the sweetest ever. She helped my husband and I out with our traveling to Florida. Best thing ever i did was to go to a travel agent. Karla made booking so easy. Thank you Karla and Alca Travel.

I e-mailed Alca, as I am currently deployed overseas, about planning a trip for my husband and I to Europe when I get home. 2 weeks and no reply. My husband also called their office and spoke with someone briefly but has not been able to contact them since and has not received any follow up calls from any agents. Obviously new customers are not important to them. I am very disappointed as it is the only travel agency listed for the Cambridge area. Not impressed at all!

Always a good visit there. Have been using them for all our travel needs, business and fun. Always find us schedules and lodging to fit our requests. Personable care in all dealings.
