I have been very happy with my experience with this Enterprise location. My car needed to go into the body shop and I needed a minivan. Everyone I have worked with there has been professional, kind, and very helpful. I had to extend my rental some days while I am waiting for the body work to be approved and it has been easy to work with them. I will definitely use them again in the future if I need another rental.
I had an awesome experience with you guys! I came in Dec. 21 and needed a rental and you all were very patient and caring for waiting for me to get the information I needed from my dad to get a rental. I got an awesome 2022 Chevy Malibu and it drove beautifully and was extremely clean inside! Thank you Kiahna Davis and everyone else there for helping me out and giving me your time, I really appreciate it and would definitely recommend this Enterprise to go if you need a rental!
After my wife's car was disabled in an accident we were referred to this location by our insurer to get a rental. An accident is a fairly stressful occurence and the last thing you need on that day is to be stressed even further. The entire staff here could not have been more welcoming, polite, and efficient. During the time our car was being repaired, we were scheduled to go on vacation. When we returned they had another car waiting for us. Fantastic service. A special mention to Kiahna who had answers when we needed them and made the whole process a lot easier than we expected. Thank you!
Evil here. I just found they added Add-Ons Refueling service without asking us.... When my collegue and I picked up a car, a guy gave us a compact car instead of a full size sedan we booked .... Then, he said "okay it is a free upgrade". I complained him about it and he just said "we don't have a car.". Even he knew that he was giving a compact car, but he never sorried to us... I should've memorized his name... anyway horrible here.
Kiahna was thee best! She was very professional and informative. She helped pick out the perfect car for my roadtrip! I will be back to that location just because of her!
The car was not what we had intended. Tire light was on. Car was very dinged up. The transmission was going on the car. It had burn holes in the seats. The manager at the location did not allow us to upgrade. This is our second rental that was once again not what was expected. May go to other rental places moving forward.
Customer service on the phone was quick and polite. In person they were just the same. And they didn’t have a car available in my price range they upgraded me free of charge. The process of renting the car was as smooth as could be with no hiccups or issues. I will gladly go back to this enterprise!
I was involved in an accident 11/17 and my insurance sent me to Enterprise for a rental. My accident was at 7am, they had my rental reservation by 8:30am. I arrived at Enterprise and was told they had no rentals until 3:30pm. I came back at 2:45pm and was told they still had no rental for me. My drivers license was inside my wrecked vehicle but I had a picture of it and the crash report. The woman at the counter still turned me around. Refused to help me without physically seeing my driver license even though they closed at 5pm. I had to drive an hour to my wrecked vehicle to get my drivers license. I made it back to Enterprise JUST BEFORE CLOSING. The red head guy who assisted me with getting the truck was very helpful, respectful and friendly. Initially my rental was for 3 days, I added on additional insurance for those 3 days. I paid upfront for those 3 days. I got a call on day 3 saying my rental had been extended until 11/29 and my insurance was covering it. That’s it. That’s all that was said. Nothing regarding extra fees. Come 11/24 I get a call from enterprise saying they needed to charge my card AGAIN for additional days for the extra insurance. I advised the man on the phone that I only needed it for 3 days and I made that clear at the time of pickup. I arrived to Enterprise and tried to explain that I paid upfront for the 3 days of extra insurance and didn’t have funds to cover the additional days. I was told I had to pay for it despite making it clear at the time of Pickup that I only needed 3 days . It’s the responsibility of Enterprise to accurately explain that the waiver has to be removed in person so that extra fees aren’t accrued. When my car was done I went to drop the vehicle off to Enterprise and was told that I had to pay more money. I told the woman that I had no money on a card and only had cash. Her and another man in the store threatened to send the balance to collections despite me having the cash on hand to make the payment No attempts were made to help me or give other options.. This location made a bad situation even worse. I will never do business with Enterprise again. The lack of communication, lack of knowledge and lack of empathy is beyond me.
Cars in the shop and had a scheduled appointment for this location. Once I arrived and my ride had already left, they informed me they didn't have any cars. Was told they would call me once they had something available and never heard a word.
John was great help. I reserved a rental online, walked in, went over paperwork and walked out within 15 minutes. Returning the car was also an easy process. Went over gas level and did a walk through for no damage on the vehicle and was done quickly.
