Aerial Candy

On a scale of romances to documentaries, Aerial Candy is a picture book with beautiful poses. Aerial Candy operates out of Dance Exchange, and the entrance into the space is at the back of the building. There's minimal parking, and you might find parking on the street as well. I took a beginner silks class and an intermediate lyra class. It seemed like our teachers were subs, and I would have been curious to experience a class by the regular teachers I was only passing through town. Rigging appeared safe, but it was only a cursory look as I felt comfortable with the tricks we were working in class. I greatly enjoyed the other aerialists who were welcoming and fun.

This is my happy place! An amazing studio, I love the small class sizes, I always get lots of 1:1 help, and feel like I level up faster in Aerial Candy classes than any other gym. Huge space with tons of rigging options so you can try lots of options and see what works for you. Even the other students are unusually nice and supportive, I always feel better after a class here.

Took two fabulous Intro classes with Sherri. She sets a great pace, guides students through warm ups and basics, and by the end of the class you're in the air! The classes are small so there's lots of individual attention and plenty of time on the silks. I had no experience in aerial when I took my first class -- highly recommend this studio for anyone who wants to try silks/aerial!

Candy is absolutely professional and out of this world. Her pole skills are phenom! I'm definitely a huge fan and love her energy. Her studio is great. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. She works you through all types of moves regardless of skill level!

Candy & Sherri are AMAZIIING !!! Took only two classes and totally sold on their expertise and the benefits of aerial ropes. Everyone must atleast try it first to experience the amazing aerial candy !!!

Excellent program -- we go to them for silks classes. The trainers provide instruction special tailored to the student. They are friendly and skilled and will help you build confidence in aerial dance.

I don't recommend you go if you have never done dance or have an aversion to dance studios. They will shame you for not knowing things they didn't provide you opportunity to learn beforehand. I was laughed at by the staff and students for not knowing something I couldn't have known and decided to leave. They also did not have a dedicated set of ropes available for me to use for the class. I also arrived on time but had to walk around looking for them because there was no one there to greet me for the class. If you do decide to go you should know they have no signage inside the building indicating where you're supposed to go inside of another business so you'll have to call them to find out or read their FAQs online as it will not be sent to you in your class confirmation email. I did not have a good experience interacting with this organization and have no interest in returning.

The coaches are incredible and they and the other students welcomed me in and made me feel comfortable and confident. They are an incredible place to start your aerial journey or continue learning. I love it here

I've been training at Aerial Candy over a year now, and you guys, if you're looking for a fun place to practice aerial or try it for the first time, Aerial Candy is perfect. The people there are like a little welcoming family, and you'll feel like you belong in no time. The owner, Candy, is a total badass and she will inspire all your acrobat ambitions. Sherri, the other instructor, creates a friendly environment that makes you feel safe being silly and trying out new things. I love Aerial Candy and getting to hang with cool people!! Pun intended ;

Love this studio. Sherri and Candy are both amazing instructors. I have really enjoyed every class I've attended here.
