Strength Training
A strength training class specifically choreographed to use plate loaded barbells and your own bodyweight to maximize your strength and define the muscles of your body.
Wod Interval ( Wod= workout of the day )
This class takes the participant through a series of cardio and strength training exercises with relatively brief rest intervals in between. The purpose is to keep the heart rate elevated near the aerobic level without dropping off to ensure fast, dramatic fitness results.
Circuit Training
Circuit training is an excellent boredom buster! Whether you're cycling, running steps, jumping rope, double unders, squats, planks, or conditioning on the stability ball - your mind won't have time to wander, and your body will turn into a calorie-burning machine! All fitness levels are welcome.
Total Body Resistance Exercise. TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
