Staff was pleasant very welcoming, and nice doctor was OK didn’t really want to hear much. I had to say didn’t really seem like he wanted to discuss the issue. It was definitely brushed off just not a fan of this place and I think this will be the last time I come here does every time I come here the staff is very respectable, but the doctor seem to like interest in the patients and interesting what the patient has to say.
The staff was kind and compassionate to my son. They were incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. They spent time with him and gave him detailed care instructions for his wounds and then gave them to me with extra tips and pointers.
Had very good experience considering the circumstances : at this location this evening. It was a walk in emergency and they got me in right the way, insuring that I was comfortable and immediately taken care of. Both doctor and nurse were wonderful - attentive, professional and friendly. They were very thorough yet fast. I was probably in & out in 30 min. Thank you!
Just went in here because I wasn't feeling well. The provider spent about 3 minutes in the room, talked so soft that I honestly couldnt hear anything they said and then at the end before she hurried her way out the room, she said "I'm going to prescribe you some things that should make you feel better". She prescribed me cough medicine when I legitimately said the only thing I don't have is a cough. Money well wasted. Not sure how some of these people call themselves professionals.
Absolutely the the best Urgent Care I have ever been to. I was seen by Sharon Kandro who took the time to address all of my concerns, treating each of my questions as important and with respect. She and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and really put me at ease when I was feeling nervous.
I would highly recommend stopping here if you're ever in the need of medical treatment and can't get an appointment with your doctor. We had a very tough summer with sicknesses and everytime we stopped in they were kind and understanding. We felt very cared for.
I have been to Go Health in Glastonbury on 3 different occasions. On each occasion reserving a time slot online was convenient and easy. The front desk staff were polite, professional and always at the desk. I was always seen within a couple of minutes of my appointment time. The techs were attentive and efficient. The PA or Nurse Practitioners I have encountered always listened and asked pointed questions. The visits did not take long beginning to end and at each visit I was given a treatment plan and follow up directions. My next visit with my primary care had the findings from the Go Health visit in my file. I have found this facility to always be pristine in cleanliness and very comfortable. This facility is an excellent resource in our community.
08.13.2023 Glastonbury Walk-In This is a new review: Staffed by such a courteous and professional staff. Truly astounding. My father is 92 yrs. old. He had a painful open sore that had gauze tightly adhered to it. The staff worked diligently to remove what they could and re-dress the wound, all the while keeping my father engaged in the conversation and, more importantly, in the decisions. This is a rare and wonderful skill that both staff members demonstrated. Seniors are often talked around and not to, the patient healed but feeling lesser for the experience. Not so here. My father was elated with his treatment both the wound and himself - and, at his age, he is not easily impressed.. To top it off, I was given a helpful lesson in the care and dressing of wounds, so that we could be more helpful to dad at home. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed. Thank you. Prior Visit to Mid-State Medical Center Visited the ER of the facility in Meridan CT and was very satisfied. From intake, to consultation and tests, every single person was patient, informative and professional. And the whole stay was a relatively quick 2.5 hrs... I've been to hospital ERs where we didn't get out of the waiting room for over 5 hours! We drove an extra half hour from our home hoping to have a better experience than we had previously at our large urban center hospital and we weren't disappointed.
They were very efficient in caring for me and my nurse was fantastic. I believe her name was Kristine. You could tell she was very educated and concerned about my health. I appreciate her calm demeanor as well. The whole facility has been great every time I have been. Thank you!
Great care and very professional. Staff is very excellent and made me feel comfortable. Special shout out to Kristen who was very exceptional in explaining and making sure I got the right treatment.
