Aimee Schrank is a certified holistic lifestyle coach through the IAWP, with a background in behavioral psychology, and a masters in education. She is creator of Redesigning Motherhood, a program for moms experiencing burnout. She has supported women around the country in reclaiming and redirecting misguided energy, healing their hurting hearts and broken marriages, & restoring their sense of vigor and excitement for life again.
