Each Tuesday, a new menu is posted on my website and via email. Let me know what sounds good by midnight the following Friday. Your healthy meals will be delivered the following Tuesday, 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Healthy Cravings was born from my love of nourishing foods and the realization that I needed change.
I seek out and play with recipes that include a variety of vegetables, and often flavorful sauces made from functional ingredients. Coconut oil and a variety of nut oils show up frequently in meal preparations as do sauces made from cashews. Sometimes people get in food ruts, have a hard time getting different fruits and vegetables or fish in their diet. My menus always have at least two meals that are vegan (protein source generally comes from legumes and sometimes soy-based products), and at least one meal with fish as the primary protein source.
A new menu comes out each week, and is available to order from until 3 p.m. on Friday, and then delivered to you the following Tuesday.
