I sent a very detailed email to the address provided on the website asking for information. I then left two voice mails which were not listened to prior to receiving a call back. When I had to repeat my questions again and again and then noted that everything was in the email and voice mails, Ursula carried on with what I will call the worst customer exchange I have witnessed. Comments like "I told you that", and the tone in which she had made me completely rule Airtime Balloon from my business.
