I have ordered multiple times from this company, both regular orders and custom orders. On my custom orders, there is constant communication between myself and the company rep, to ensure that the finished product is exactly how I need it. Every order has been on time or has arrived earlier than I expected. The quality is awesome, customer service is amazing. This company is definitely my "go-to" for any unfinished wood products I need for myself or for my company.
This was my first time ordering wood letters, it was easy and fast. I ordered on 1/8/2020 and my letters came today 1/11/2020. I was highly impressed with free shipping and they came in a priority box. I will most definitely order all my letter needs from this company.
Just ordered for the first time. Highly recommend! Letters are better quality than any craft store we have around here! And they are cheaper! And they shipped faster than Amazon. I will be ordering again!
Ordered online. They said they delivered the package, but it never arrived. The carrier has no information on the order. I'm pretty sure they just pocketed my money and never processed the order. Amazon refuses to post this review, too, so I'm posting it here.
