Using the no counter check in was super easy and saved so much time!! Pedro greeted us as soon as we drove in to return our car. Right away he started to help unload our car and was very friendly. Sue arrived soon after and took note of a brake issue we had and compensated us for our issue.  Thank you Alamo....great customer service and two great employees...Pedro and Sue

My experiences with Alamo in the US have always been great. No pushy sales counter people, easy pick self serve kiosks in certain locations, good quality of cars and extremely easy drop off. The easy tolling is a bonus!

Reservation was made through Alamo. My flight got delayed so Enterprise took care of me under the same reservation. I got the car I requested! Laura and Mozes and all staff I interacted with was great.

Alamo is the BEST car rental I have ever worked with. They give you a quote and when you check out they actually keep that price.  The staff is exceptional as everyone has always been incredibly helpful.  The cars are clean and well maintained.  I now only rent from Alamo.

I’ve rented more cars than I care to admit from Palm Beach International Airport. I always have a great experience at this location, but this time in particular, Alvin at the counter was extremely polite, helpful and got me on my way before my luggage even came off the belt. You’re in good hands when you rent from these people.

Rented a Chrysler Pacifica only to find out that the oil was not changed. Went on vacation to South Carolina when the vehicle  gave me a message that the oil life was 5%. Had to cut into my vacation to get the oil addressed. Definitely a safety issue for me and my family. Make sure and check that all the maintenance has been completed before you leave the lot. Alamo quality has dropped. Seems that this happens frequently after I drop the car off HARRY and staff was not surprised.

Pick up was quick and straight forward. Very friendly staff inside and out. I got to choose which vehicle I wanted from the class they had, which I appreciate. Drop off was simple and easy to find. A bonus is that the drop off area is covered which makes it very helpful with all the Florida rain. Will use Alamo again for my next PBI rental!

Outstanding Employees! Courteous professionals & personal! I rented a vehicle Aug12-15 of 2023. The vehicle unfortunately died out every day. The Battery was dead. I had to get jump starts every day & lost all time on business. When I turned in the vehicle I immediately asked for the supervisor. Kevin spoke with me & promised me he will speak with management & call me later. While at the Airport Kevin true to his word called me & made things right. I highly recommend Alamo & Kevin & his outstanding Staff at west palm beach. Unfortunately things happen that’s out of the control of the employees. Every Employee of this company is really outstanding at this west palm beach location!!!!

The Nissan Rogue was ready when we arrived to pick it up and it performed very nicely.  The Alamo team was friendly and efficient.  Keep up the good work!

Alamo always has consistent great service and super clean well maintained vehicles. I thought my latest rental was brand new; actually had 50000 plus miles.  Shows how well cared for.  Every person I encounter is concerned for my satisfaction. Always a great experience deserving my brand loyalty
