ALFA ROMEO of Orange Park

I bought my Alfa Romeo Giulia 2019 from this dealership. My overall opinion is positive about my experience at the dealership. I appreciate that the salesman was honest and trying to get us what we were looking for while he was not pushy. I was working with two dealerships to make a deal. Because of my work, I was not able to go to the dealership and even talk to them through phone. However, this dealership helped me to get the car I was looking for through email communications. Eventually, I drove to Jacksonville and made the deal. Most dealerships help only if you go there in person in the first place.

Dealership.... friendly and clean. Time for services done... reasonable. Cost for services.... unreasonable and twice the national average for oil change price and 12k service quote. I was originally quoted a price of $399 for an oil change. I complained and they offered a 249 price. Other Alfa Romeo dealers seem to offer the seevice in the $125-159 range. $2600 quote for 12k service is twice the national average as well.

They had my Guilia quadrifoglio for a month and returned it trashed. Detailing compound everywhere. The wrong tires. They replaced the wheel/ rim but everything else was neglected. It was supposed to have the oil changed as well but I'm not convinced they did that. They sure charged for all those things though. If you buy an 86k car you expect competent service. I would avoid them at all costs. When I take my Porsche to the Porsche dealership I am treated with respect. My car is serviced and cleaned each time. Maybe the Alfa Romeo dealership treats the Maserati customers better

My first “Alfa” experience could not have gone any better. The sales team and management went OVER AND ABOVE anything I could have asked. They were not only knowledgeable to their product, they were accommodating to all of my request. The bottom line is this: my first experience with this dealership, will definitely cause more experiences with them in the future... signed “Happy Alfa Owner”

Worst customer experience I ever had at a dealership. Brand new Alfa Romeo was there for over 90 days total in and out while they tried to figure out the issue. in the end it sat for 2 months needing a new engine. I always had to call asking for a status as they keep us in the dark. We finally gave up and just dealt with Alfa Corporation from there on out do to the rudeness of the dealership!! Would never buy from Hanania ever.

Took my Alfa Romeo in for service and they loaned me a Maserati for the day. What more can I say. This is one of the top dealerships in the nation...right here in Jacksonville. Courteous, helpful and cheerful. Great job Erica.

I haven't made a purchase yet, but the salesperson, Christopher, was great to work with. He came in on his day off to show me the car I'm interested in, and really knows the Alfa products well. We deemed him, "The Quadrifoglio King!"

Alfa Romeo of Orange Park is an outstanding dealership. We went to originally purchase a gulia which were greatly priced, but ended up leaving with a Maserati Levante because the price was too hard to beat. Our salesmen, Brandon was very nice and did an outstanding job explaining all the festures of the Levante which ultimately led us to purchase it. Brandon and the manager did an amazing job and we left very happy.

The service department has gone out of their way to help me on the few occasions my car has needed scheduled maintenance or a warranty repair. Also, the work gets done right the first time!

Had to come in to get a TSB done on my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. Came in prior to my scheduled time, and they got me in immediately. Great service.
