I’ve been in a few times in the past to browse and sell clothes and the staff were not very helpful, however I had a great experience today thanks to Bri! She hooked me right up as a new mom, gave me the whole run down of the place and was so kind! She made me feel like we had known each other for years, such a great lady, thank you for all your help!
Goodness if I could leave a 0 star review I would towards customer service, I think with the amount of chances I’ve given this place even if the clothes were free I think I would pass. I feel as though they hire anyone off the street & the attitudes of the employees are out of this world rude. I work in healthcare management so I know how it’s like to deal with rude people so usually it takes a lot to get to me, today was the last straw with this place. Pretty sure I’m considering calling corporate this time.
The customer service at this location was amazing. Bri definitely has a great spirit and passion for helping people. I was able to get in an out with a basket full without breaking the bank. Love this place.
I like this store, it has a good selection. But the music they play here is absolutely terrible. I'm willing to change my review to a higher rating if the management can figure out how to keep me around to shop. I can't focus on what I need to buy when all I'm hearing is trashy worldly music. It's a kids consignment shop, not a bar.
Just a few of the many many many clothing items i have bought for my daughter since her birth about 5 years ago. The items are in great shape, though if your not careful you might get an item with a hardly noticable stain or broken stitch. that is a rule for all clothing stores however. The staff is friendly and helpful, and can be chatty while they are doing thier own tasks. The parking is on a shared lots with the rest of the plaza, no covering. The toys are hit and miss with the amount of wear it has. I have never bothered with shoes that are not new personally.
I had a basket full of clothes good condition and a 118$ baby bouncy and they offered $49.16 I will not be returning to this location
My husband came into the store to donate a stroller to this facility because we need the extra cash but for some reason my item was not clean enough and it had rust. Most of the stuff in the store have been worn several times and not brand new so I don’t see what the problem is and We cleaned and wiped off the stroller. After doing what asked us to do so they still didn’t take it so we ended up donating it to someone who really need it without any problem.
Great store to go to for little ones. I wish I knew about it sooner. Staff was nice.
This is a great place to buy kids clothes! You really can’t beat the prices. I went in earlier today with my daughter in her car seat hoping to place it in a cart and walk around. There were no available carts and the woman working there let me use one of their strollers they were selling. I thought that was really nice of her.
Not the best they didn't even take the new cloths we gave the cloths nice and folded and they gave it back thrown in the box not folded the ladies where great but the tall blonde hair guy kept looking at me and my mom with disgust will not come back
