Sam Ash Music Stores

I traded in a Stratocaster for a Martin. They gave me a great price on my Strat. The customer service was great. I will definitely be going back there in the future. Even though my local Sam Ash is a bit of a drive from my house. I will be going there instead of the other ‘guitar’ store.

This place is great!! Some seriously amazing stuff in there. I found several bass guitars I want now, other music stores had them, they were just way more than what Sam ash was offering them for. Took my son up there to trade in his guitar for his first bass, I didn’t catch the guys name but he was SUPER helpful with us, and he made it happen. I always have a good experience at the Sam ash music stores. My ONLY complaints are this: 1. Store hours. Some of us don’t get to leave work until the stores are already closed. 2: not enough input jacks lying around!! I needs to play!! all kidding aside I wish the stores opened a little earlier and stayed open just a touch later. And amp cords. Beyond that, this is my favorite place to be.

I wasn’t sure what mic to get for our church. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and allowed us to listen to the different mics and select the one with the best sound. I also needed a keyboard stand that had a lower range, because I’m short. He went and checked all the specs and provided two options, so I bought one stand and I am using it at the correct height for me. I also hated the sustain pedal that came with my keyboard and he led me to the options and opened a box so I could try one of the models that wasn’t on the floor. That ended up being the sustain pedal that I liked best. I took it home and it feels like a regular piano pedal and is much easier to engage. Loved my successful shopping experience. I also got recommendations on a future purchase for our church, when we can put it in the budget. Friendly knowledgeable staff, and I came away with exactly what I needed.

Was greeted as soon as I entered the store. Told the associate what I wanted. He showed me to the guitar room and to the style that I was looking for. Acoustic bass. Price was great and fit my needs. I was in and out of the store very quickly and quite satisfied.

Well-stocked, welcoming and knowledgeable staff, and reasonably priced! Visited with my homeschoolers, so we could learn about different instruments. I think we all left feeling inspired to learn something new. See you soon!

This place is amazing! Very underrated business. They have good competitive prices and a variety of products. Guitar center is nothing compared to this one. Honestly, I had a much better and smoother experience here. Totally recommend it, at least visit it and check it out

If I could, I would give it no stars. Went to the store on a Saturday looking to give my child an experience to buying her instrument we were met with a sales associate who appears to be a know it all. Before coming I did my own research and knew the price range I could afford. I was then met with, don’t purchase this new $189 flute because it’s a Amazon instrument and it won’t last. But they were quick to try to sell me a infinity rental agreement which I’m against. Well, I then went to Music and Arts and was meet with quality sales associate. The Experienced there was much better and I was able to purchase a quality instrument and also raised my budget, but not breaking the bank. I don’t recommend Sam ash because it appears they make enough money that they can afford to lose cash paying customers.

I went in looking for a trumpet for my son who is in 7th grade beginner band. The sales person was knowledgeable and very helpful. Went in just to look and ended up buying a better trumpet then what I had been looking at and all of the supply he needed for the class. I'd recommend this store to anyone looking for any instrument they had a wide variety to choose from.

The service was great. The store sales person answered all my questions, and I walked out with a better product than the one I was seeking for. I’m happy, they are happy and I still cannot play the guitar…working on it.

Went in real quick for a capo while on the way to a business dinner. Aldin was very helpful and professional and got me in and out quick with the exact item I needed.
