I’ve been here twice and would never go again. The scheduler was the only positive experience I had, she was very friendly and patient. The first time I came here was OK, definitely don’t understand the 5 stars besides the front desk. The first person cleaning my teeth did a subpar job, leaving my teeth gritty. When I told her, she said something like, “ It’s fine I’ll rinse it after I floss.” I would have let this go if it didn’t go super downhill from here. Then the hygienist came and was VERY rude to me, because I didn’t want to take X-rays pregnancy. She didn’t say hello or introduce herself or anything- just came in lecturing me how legally she has to have Xrays. No discussion, no asking me what my concerns were- nothing- just rude judgmental lecturing and attitude. So unprofessional and off putting. I wasn’t even comfortable with her working on my teeth- I should have gotten up and left after the way she spoke to me. During the cleaning I had to ask her to be gentle twice!! Never in thirty years had to do that. Then the Dr comes in with a smile, but reiterates everything the hygienist said without asking or discussing with me either. He then tells me how great my teeth are and doesn’t understand how I could have a cavity. He then asks me about five plus times why I have a cavity! Twice he suggests I could be falling asleep with candy in my mouth! I don’t even eat candy! It was a very uncomfortable interrogation. Unprofessional. Uncomfortable. Unfortunate.
They were so accommodating with me having to bring my kids to my appointment. Thank you for amazing service and kind words!
I have been going to Dr. Gunn off and on for several years for my dental stuff and it's always been a great experience. I would, and always do, recommend him because he is friendly, professional, affordable and great when it comes to emergency dental serviceswhich is what brought me to his office the first time many years ago. I can't say enough great things about him, or even his staffwho are just as courteous, friendly and professional as he is. They are all awesome! Again, I would definitely highly recommend.
I had a really great at “All Smiles Dentistry”. I went in because I felt like one of my fillings had come off. When I went in, they confirmed this and realized that it was a filling they did a year ago. They immediately fixed it and didn’t charge me for it. I really respected the desire to make sure that I was receiving the best dental care they could give. I also felt like the hygienist did a great job! She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and did an awesome job explaining what she was doing. I don’t feel like hygienist always do this, and it makes going to the dentist that much scarier. The dentist himself is really kind and knowledgeable about what he does. Overall, I’d recommend them to anyone for any need. I’d give my experience 10 stars if google allowed it.
Dr. Gunn and his staff are very meticulous about my dental health and well being. He is very good at explaining procedures and answers my questions. I am always in a great state of mind when I show up at his practice because they always have their act together.
Dr. Gunn has been our dentist for 6 years. He and his staff are professional and skilled. We recommend him to our friends as we have been so pleased with our experiences with him.
All I have to say is Amazing staff and a great atmosphere. From answering my call yesterday with a warm voice, to getting me an appointment today, and Dr Gunn doing 2 fillings last minute and helping me financially. I will always come here now and always always will recommend to friends and family. You guys were a blessing, thank you heaps
Kind and helpful staff, always prompt, and very thorough. I love that I always know the cost of the work I need done before any treatment is given. That should be standard when receiving dental care, but I have had several experiences getting surprise bills in the mail for large amounts from other dentists. It's nice to know I don't have to worry about that with Dr. Gunn.
Got my insurance processed with minimal information and were very helpful. My hygienist was also as gentle as possible while getting everything she needed to. Everything looked new and very clean and I was even given two recommendations for wisdom teeth removal
I have been seeing Dr. Gunn and his team for years and I love my experience here! Chrisie does my cleanings, I go every 3 months and get the whitening also! This place is the best and I’d recommend them to everyone!
